Water Tower Demolition

Standing over 140ft in height the steel water tower was cut into pieces and hoisted down with a crane. With buildings to remain directly under the tower, fire hazard and zero clearance was high priority. Extensive building protection was setup with a plywood protecting the roof tops and a constant sprinkler system running to keep the surrounding area wet to extinguish sparks during the cutting process. The tower demolition was successful with no fire or damage to the buildings below.
